All domestic cleans will be charged at a rate of £15.00 per hour with a minimum charge of
1.5 hours - this price includes the use of equipment & cleaning products.

Deep cleans will be charged at a rate of £20.00 per hour with a minimum charge of 3 hours-
additional costs for materials may apply depending on size of the clean (This would be discussed before starting)

Holiday Home rates will be estimated after enquiry is submitted.

Mileage is calculated from SK17. If you are within 5 miles of this area mileage is free. Any
travel over 5 miles will be charged at 45p per mile (first 5 miles will be free)
A monthly invoice will be provided on the last Monday of every month.

All invoices will have a payment due date of 7 days after issue. Overdue invoices will result in a late payment fee
of £10 to cover administration. If Overdue invoices remain unpaid all services will pause until
resolved.
